Booking is on a first come, first serve basis and is limited to 20 guests per retreat. It is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible to secure your space. Prices do not include airfare and airport transfer. All dates are travel dates. The first date is your arrival day and the last date is your departure date. Please refer to our cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. After payment has been received you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and will be sent additional information such as a suggested packing list and shuttle service information prior to your departure.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00. If you cancel your reservation 15-29 days prior to the retreat start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of all payments received. If you cancel your reservation within 0-14 days of the start date, you will forfeit 100% of all payments received. All remaining balances will be refunded back to your credit card.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, hospitalization, business emergencies, personal/family emergencies or personal/family illnesses. There are no discounts for arriving late or leaving the retreat early. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel agent. Travel protection insurance is used for any unexpected additional travel expenses that may occur before, during or after your trip.
If Destination Athletics must cancel a retreat for any reason, all payments received to date will be refunded. Destination Athletics is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness, etc.
