Workouts

All of our retreats feature a daily morning workout with a CrossFit Trainer. We like to get this done early while it’s still relatively cool on the beach, giving you the rest of the day to relax! You should expect beach-y workouts that use the sand, the water, and the beachfront pull-up bars we’ve had specially constructed.
